Abstract
The purpose of this study was to study the relationship between the quality of sport services with satisfaction and behavioral tendencies in general sports users in Tehran. The research method is a descriptive correlation study that has been implemented in a field. The statistical population of this study was the total population of 2100000 people in Tehran in 2018, which according to the Cochran table, 200 were selected as the statistical sample. After the distribution of questionnaires, 180 questionnaires were returned. To collect the data, personal characteristics questionnaire, Liu Sports Quality Service (2009), athlete's satisfaction (ASQ) and behavioral tendencies of Yoshida and James (2010) were used. The findings of the research showed that the quality of services affects the satisfaction of sport users. The results of the research showed that the satisfaction of the sport users in general affects their behavioral tendencies. There was a positive and significant relationship between perceived value and behavioral tendencies from athletes' point of view. According to the results of the research, it is suggested that coaches and public authorities of Tehran with increasing the quality of services provided will satisfy their consumers and will tend to re-enter them.

Abstract
Understanding the factors affecting academic achievement can improve educational planning and increase the efficiency of teaching and learning. In fact, the students' academic achievement in university and its related factors is one of the priorities of research in education and issues of interest to university administrators. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the information and thoughts of physical education students about their learning success. The research method in this research is correlation. The population of this study was 300 people. The sample size was determined by the community. The research instrument consisted of a demographic questionnaire, a 20-item questionnaire on knowledge of students in the field of information, and a questionnaire of 18 questions about student's viewpoints and curriculum. The reliability of the questionnaire was 0.93 and the reliability of the student's viewpoints and curriculum questionnaire was 0.87. Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, regression and t-test were used to analyze the inferential data. The results of the study showed that there is no significant relationship between knowledge and learning success (p <0.05 and r =0.030). One of the most basic human needs is the need for success, which is the best incentive for activity.

Abstract
Talent management is a process involving integrated planning that involves many factors, and the only human resources department does not take responsibility for it alone, which makes talent management difficult and time-consuming but very valuable. The purpose of the present study was to investigate talent management on the learning and organizational intelligence of staff at sports federations. Research is in terms of its purpose. The statistical population included all sports federations (52 federations) equal to 610 in 1397, using the Morgan table and randomly assigned to 200 individuals. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze descriptive indices and inferential statistics, t-test was used to examine the hypotheses. The results showed that organizational intelligence as an intermediary variable on organizational learning and talent management also influences organizational intelligence and talent management has a 70 percent effect on organizational learning capabilities. Talent management is to describe the concept and integration of human resources management activities with the goals of attracting and retaining the right people for key posts at the right time. Supplying and keeping talent is more important than the following for the following reasons: 1) Knowledge-based economy, 2) Extreme competition, 3) Transfer and transfer of employees. Organizations move by individuals and this is the talent of individuals that determines the success of organizations. Therefore, talent management is the core of management.

Abstract
The purpose of this study, the level of familiarity with information and communication technology in the future will be. Method in this research is a correlation. The population is equal to 700 people total sample of 200 individuals were determined according to Morgan.
